What is Sitemap//difference between web2.0 and Web 3.0

 A site map is a model of a websites content designed to help both users and search engines navigate the site.

In the context of search engines, the site map also known as a sitemap. XML file, helps search engine crawlers index all pages on the site. While a site map does not guarantee that every page of a site will be crawled, major search engines recommend them.

A site map [or sitemap] is a list of pages of a web site.

There are three primary kinds of site map:-

1) Site maps used during the planning of a web site by it's designers.

2) Human visible listings, typically hierarchical of the pages on a site.

3) Structured listings intended for web crawlers such as search engines.
