Interview:

● Online / Offline Written test

● Group Discussion

● 2 levels of Technical Round

● HR Discussion

Onboarding Process:

● Upon getting selected in the above-mentioned selection process, the candidate will be taken in as

an intern for a period of 6 months.

● A stipend will be paid to the selected candidate during their internship period. The stipend will be

12500/- INR per month for the next 6 months.

● On successful completion of the internship the candidates will be taken on roll with a 3,00,000/-

to 5,00,000/- INR CTC per annum and will vary as per their individual performance.

● Please note that we will invest a huge time and effort in enhancing the skills sets of individuals

during the training of these resources so candidates will have to sign a commitment agreement for

3 years including their internship period with Netlink.
